Damaged Goods Policy
If the contents of your order arrive damaged or if something has leaked - we require that you send us an email immediately with photos of the damaged product and it's packaging.
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of their arrival. Once we receive the details of the damaged goods along with photos and once we are satisfied that the damage was in fact beyond your control then we will proceed to replace your order. The replacement of goods due to damage will be handled on a case by case situation.
