General Purchase & Return Policy
We do not have a minimum order policy, however our maximum is $350.00
Since all of our products are fresh formulated your products will not be ready for shipping for at least 2 - 4 business days from the date that we receive your order.
If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you.
We only accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card & American Express
If the contents of your order arrive damaged or if something has leaked - we require that send us an email immediately with photos of the damaged product and it's packaging.
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of their arrival.
Replacement of damaged goods will be dealt with on an individual basis.
ONLINE only pertains to the items that are directly listed on this website.
Items will be shipped by Canada Post at the rates listed below.
Note at this time we can not include all of those other items that we sell at Bespoke Aromatics within the order that you place through this online site.

3. Orders more than $200.00 up to $350 (before taxes) will be shipped Free of charge via Canada Post Expedited (2-10) business days.
Taxes will be applied to Canadian customers pertinent to your geographical location.
